  • All international reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your PASSPORT

  • All travelers must proof of a return ticket or onward travel, and a valid passport that does NOT expire within six (6) months of the travel date to enter most countries.

  • All travelers are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate travel documents (passport, travel visas, etc.) and/or approvals necessary to enter the desired country, and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate or government agency to determine whether a travel visa or other approvals are required

  • Although it is not required in some destinations, it is always recommended that each traveler secure adequate travel insurance/protection

  • Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment date, travel documents, itineraries and instructions will be emailed to each traveler at least 30 days prior to departure.


  • I understand that I am solely responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions associated with my booking(s) before they are confirmed/ticketed. 

  • Final Payment must be received no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time on/before the final payment date as stated on the quote, itinerary and/or payment authorization form

  • In the event of cancelation/refund, TRIPVAX will charge/withhold up to $225 per individual; plus $500 for groups of ten (10) or more as a service/professional fee

  • All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event of an unknown tourism tax, fee, or negative valuation against the US dollar (USD), TripVAX reserves the right to increase the price accordingly.

  • All travelers are solely responsible for keeping TripVAX informed of any email address or mobile phone, WhatsApp # changes as these are our primary methods of communication

  • To avoid being accessed a single supplement, all travelers who are sharing a room with another person are responsible for making sure that their roommate(s) have paid their portion of the trip.


  • TripVAX accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH payments, bank wires, and certified checks issued by a major US bank.

  • All payments over $25,000 USD must be made via wire transfer, ACH, or certified check
